
Bookings, Changes & Cancellations
Morocco Travel & Transfers provides professional private transport across Morocco, together with journey coordination to assist clients in shaping their travel experience.
We are not a travel agency or tour operator. We provide private driving services and, where requested, can assist in arranging introductions to licensed local guides and trusted independent providers for additional experiences.
Payments for third-party services are made directly between the client and the relevant provider.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once written confirmation has been provided and the required deposit has been received.
Confirmation secures the vehicle and driver for the agreed dates and route.
Confirmation details will outline agreed travel dates, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any known logistical arrangements relating to the private transport service.
Availability enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking until confirmation has been issued.
Cancellation of Transport Services
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
More than 30 days prior to start date:
The deposit is refundable minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred in preparation for the booking.
Between 30 and 14 days prior to start date:
50% of the total transport service cost may be retained.
Within 14 days of start date:
100% of the transport service cost may be retained due to reserved vehicle availability and scheduling commitments.
If cancellation results from circumstances beyond the client’s control, we will always aim to approach the situation reasonably and fairly.
Operational Flexibility Notice
Our journeys are designed to allow a comfortable pace while maintaining practical structure.
Opportunities may arise along the route for short stops, refreshments, scenic viewpoints or brief cultural moments where appropriate and timing allows.
Extended diversions or significant unplanned changes may impact the agreed schedule and may not always be possible.
Where additional time or distance is requested, adjustments may be subject to availability and additional cost.
Payments for Third-Party Services
Morocco Travel & Transfers provides private transport services and journey coordination only.
We do not collect or hold payment for services provided by independent third parties, including but not limited to:

licensed local guides
-
accommodation providers
-
restaurants
-
hammams or spa facilities
-
hot air balloon companies
-
camel or 4x4 desert experiences
-
cooking classes or workshops
-
other specialist experience providers
Where introductions are made, payment arrangements are handled directly between the client and the relevant provider.
Each third-party provider maintains their own booking terms and cancellation conditions.
We are happy to assist with communication and coordination where possible.
Payment
A deposit of 20% of the transport service total is required to secure dates and availability.
The remaining balance for transport services is payable no later than 30 days prior to the start date of the journey.
For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
Payments relate only to the private transport service provided by Morocco Travel & Transfers unless otherwise clearly stated.
Changes to Bookings
We understand that travel plans may evolve.
Requests for changes to confirmed transport services should be made as early as possible so we can assess availability.
We will always try to accommodate reasonable adjustments, however changes may be subject to:

route feasibility
-
timing considerations
-
availability of any independently arranged providers
Additional costs may apply where significant alterations to the agreed route or schedule are requested.
Changes requested close to the travel date may not always be possible.
Weather, Road & Travel Conditions
Travel conditions within Morocco may be influenced by factors beyond our control, including:

weather conditions
-
mountain road accessibility
-
traffic delays
-
local events
-
seasonal variations
-
roadworks or diversions
Journey timing should therefore be considered approximate and may be adjusted where necessary to ensure safety and comfort.
Where required, alternative routes or minor timing adjustments may be recommended.
Late Arrivals
Delays to arrival times, including flight delays or late departures, may impact the planned schedule.
We will always aim to adjust timing where possible, however significant delays may require modification to the planned route or timing of stops.
Extended waiting time, additional distance or substantial schedule adjustments may incur additional cost where applicable.
Clients are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible if delays occur so we can make appropriate arrangements.
